Eynesbury College is an accredited provider of English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS).
Each ELICOS level is studied over two 5-week modules. The total study required for each level is 10 weeks. Students can expect their IELTS to improve 0.5 for each 10 week block of successful study. Assessment is based on coursework, exams and minimum attendance requirements.

The English for Academic Purposes Preparation program prepares students to study intermediate level English. EAPP entry requirement: IELTS 4.0 or equivalent.
English for Academic Purposes develops in students the English language skills required to succeed at academic study.
Kari Qasem has been an ELICOS teacher at Eynesbury College since 2009. She is a committed and highly experienced teacher who teaches English to international students from various cultural backgrounds from General English to the highest level of Academic English. Her qualifications include Masters in Linguistics and Diploma of Teaching. Prior to joining Eynesbury College, Kari had taught English as a Foreign Language to high school students in Israel for 7 years. She also held leadership positions in her previous job as a Year 10 Coordinator and Student Board Mentor.
Kari has made tremendous contributions to the development of the teaching materials at Eynesbury College. Her dedication to her work has ensured that her students are well-prepared for their next program upon completing their English language studies.
Kari is a keen adopter of new learning and teaching technologies. She continues to develop innovative teaching and learning strategies in order to promote interactive learning and an engaging environment for students.
Online and on-campus classes run 4 hours per day on weekdays, plus self-directed study as required.
Students require different IELTS scores to meet the language requirements for their chosen degree at The University of Adelaide. Students can expect the IELTS score to improve 0.5 for each 10 week block of successful study.
