Where to find counselling services

We know that student life can sometimes be tough

Ann Sherwell, a professional counsellor at Eynesbury College, is available for confidential support for all personal issues and difficulties – no matter how sensitive.

Drop in to Ann’s office on Level 1 at the Coglin St campus or make an appointment at Coglin St Student Services (Reception).

Our counselling service is not a 24-hour service for students in crisis. If you need immediate emergency help, contact LifeLine or SuicideLine now.

Lifeline (all ages)

  • Telephone counselling 13 11 14 (Open 24 hours 7 days a week)
  • Support Chat (Open 7 pm – 4 am 7 days a week)
  • Lifeline’s 24/7 crisis support services can be accessed through the free Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450. The caller should then ask to talk to Lifeline on 13 11 14 in the language required.
