Senior Secondary High School

Eynesbury College was the first senior secondary college established in Australia for students in years 10, 11 and 12. Eynesbury Year 12 students’ results have consistently placed them at the top of the state.

Eynesbury offers a contemporary curriculum with a wide and diverse range of subjects for Year 10, 11 and 12.

We offer career advice to assist students with program and University choice to match specific career choices.

Student resilience and wellbeing are essential for both academic and social development and this is optimised by the provision of safe, supportive and respectful learning environments. The Eynesbury Mentor program is a weekly event that supports students’ cognitive, behavioural and emotional engagement in school with strategies to deal with a variety of situations that can impact on a students’ overall wellbeing. The Mentor program has speakers ranging from old scholars to professionals across a wide range of industries.

In addition the Mentor Program and the Personal Learning Plan assist students in developing an understanding of their strengths, opportunities for development, tertiary and career planning.

Year 10

In Year 10 students complete their Personal Learning Plan which will set them up for starting SACE studies in Year 11. Students study six core and elective subjects across two semesters.

Year 11

Year 11 is Stage 1 of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). During Year 11 students will complete a research project as well as six subjects across two semesters.
